RELAX
Relax on the water loungers or on the loungers in the solarium area, lying down and covered for at least 30 minutes.

Who can access the spa?
Our spa is open to the hotel guests and external customers. For a better experience, we recommend staying between 2 to 3 hours.
Rules of behaviour in the spa
Everyone enjoys a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere at the spa. It is very important to respect the privacy and tranquillity of all guests… including you! Leave your phone and laptop in the room and just worry about relaxing.
What time to arrive at the spa
We recommend that you arrive at the spa reception at least 10 minutes before your treatment. In case of delay we will not be able to extend the duration of the treatments.
Health
Always ask your doctor before accessing a spa and remember to let us know in advance if you have any health conditions or allergies which may interfere with the treatments or provision of the services.
Pregnancy
We offer special treatments for expecting mothers. Ask reception for more information: our staff will be happy to help you choose the most suitable prenatal or postnatal treatments!
Using the spa
Please always use swimwear in any part of the spa.
Age
For their own wellbeing children and persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the spa. You can request babysitting services (for a fee) and we can also organise activities for them (for a fee) while you enjoy your well-deserved relaxation. Kids 16 to 18 are welcome but they must be accompanied by an adult in the wellness areas.
Cancellation
Cancellations and new reservations must be done within 24 hours of your treatment not to incur a charge of 50% of the cost. For cancellations up to 10 hours before the treatment, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment.
